For this reason, the DM of the district has issued an order regarding the timing of all educational institutions including government and private schools, Anganwadi centres, coaching institutes and pre-classes.
Purnia: DM Anshul Kumar of Purnia district of Bihar has taken a big decision in view of the changing weather and cold. According to this decision, taking special care of the health of the children, all government and private schools in the district will have to operate as per the new schedule. Taking a sudden big decision, DM Anshul Kumar has issued orders for all schools and even coaching centers in the district to operate within the stipulated period.

This order will come into effect with immediate effect and will remain in force till December 24.
What time for school and coaching
While issuing the letter, Purnia District Officer Anshul Kumar said that in all the educational institutions of the district, including government and private schools, pre-schools, Anganwadi centers and coaching institutes, classroom educational activities will not be conducted before 10:00 am and after 4:00 pm.
Restrictions on educational institution timings
In such a situation, all educational institutions and school management will have to follow these orders of the district administration. This order will come into effect from December 21, 2025 and will remain fully effective till December 24, 2025. Old timings of all schools and educational institutions have been banned. With this order of DM, students will now get relief from the cold.
