Punjab Police takes strict action on Goldie Dhillon module, gangsters caught

SAS Nagar district police, in a joint operation with the team of AGTF Punjab, have arrested foreign based gangsters Goldie Dhillon and another member associated with Manip Spain. The name of the arrested person is Rajat Kumar alias Rajan. He is a resident of Jansua village of Rajpura area of ​​Patiala district.

Many arrests earlier also, now more pressure on the network
This arrest is part of the same police action, which has been going on continuously for the last several weeks. Two operatives were caught on 12 November, while four more people were arrested on 26 November. In those actions, some members were also injured during clashes with the police.

This entire campaign is being run to break the Goldie Dhillon module associated with Lawrence Bishnoi Group, which was planning many illegal activities in the state.

Important inputs revealed in investigation
It has become clear in the investigation that Rajat Kumar was very active at the grassroots level for this gang. He used to do things like taking people from one place to another, providing hiding places to gang members and supplying weapons.

According to the police, he was doing all this on the instructions of gang handlers sitting abroad. Criminal cases are already registered against him in both the states of Punjab and Haryana.

Till now seven people are in police custody
A total of seven people associated with this module have been arrested so far. Police also recovered nine pistols and eighty live cartridges during these operations.

Officials say that this arrest is another important step towards breaking the back of the network. Police can continue such operations further so that other active members of the gang can also be caught.
