Employees and teachers will be needed
Veer Kunwar Singh University will have to face many challenges to start M.Ed studies. To start M.Ed studies in the Education (B.Ed) department of Veer Kunwar Singh University, appointment of teachers and staff and developing infrastructure will be a big challenge. Because the present B.Ed department does not have teachers as per the standards of National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). At present, 15 teachers and five employees are required in the B.Ed department itself. Which has not been completed yet. For this, many times the students of B.Ed department have also agitated regarding shortage of teachers. Due to the restoration of posts like headmaster, head teacher and special teacher in Bihar government this year, the demand from students has increased significantly.
