Rajya Sabha Election: Strategy for Rajya Sabha elections has started in Bihar. It is almost certain that Nitin Nabin will go to Rajya Sabha from here. At the same time, the name of Bhojpuri cinema power star Pawan Singh is also included in the race.
Patna: After the assembly elections, the politics of Bihar now rests on the vacant seats of Rajya Sabha. Five seats of Rajya Sabha are to be vacant in April and the strategy has intensified in the NDA camp regarding these seats. The ruling party is trying to ensure that not a single seat goes to the Grand Alliance and NDA candidates win on all five seats. It is almost certain that Nitin Naveen, who recently became the National Working President of BJP, will go to Rajya Sabha. At the same time, Bhojpuri cinema’s power star Pawan Singh is also included in this race.
If we look at the current arithmetic of the Assembly, NDA’s position is considered strong. To win a Rajya Sabha seat, the support of about 41 MLAs is necessary. In terms of numerical strength, the Grand Alliance does not currently seem to have enough strength to secure even a single seat. For this reason, political experts believe that this time also Tejashwi Yadav is going to get a crushing political defeat in the Rajya Sabha.
Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh also in the race
Brainstorming is going on within the NDA regarding seat distribution. There is discussion that JDU may get two seats, while BJP is also likely to get two seats. Apart from this, there is speculation that one seat will be given to LJP (Ram Vilas). However, for this, Chirag Paswan will have to woo his allies and the consent of the NDA leadership will be necessary. There is maximum discussion about Rajya Sabha candidates in the BJP camp. According to sources, it is almost certain that the party’s national working president Nitin Naveen will go to Rajya Sabha. Apart from this, BJP is preparing to settle political and social equations by sending a big face to Delhi. In this context, the name of Pawan Singh, who is active in Bhojpuri cinema and politics, is also being mentioned. It is believed that by sending Pawan Singh to Rajya Sabha, BJP wants to give a big message to Purvanchal, youth and Bhojpuri speaking voters.
