Patna. These days the issue of Prashant Kishore vs NDA is once again heated in Bihar politics. Now Bihar government minister Shravan Kumar has once again launched a scathing attack on Jan Suraj Abhiyan chief Prashant Kishore. Speaking at StuffUnknownIndia’s special program Diamond States Summit, Shravan Kumar described PK as a “contractor of politics” and said that Bihar needs a leader, not a contractor.
Prashant Kishore’s shop has been closed: Shravan Kumar
While answering Prateek Trivedi’s questions from the stage in StuffUnknownIndia’s special program Diamond States Summit, Shravan Kumar said – “Prashant Kishore ji used to do contracting. He used to make political comments by taking money. His shop has been closed, now it is not even going to run.” He claimed that Prashant Kishore is not aware of the reality of Bihar and his claims are not based on the ground. The minister said, “The people of Bihar want servants, not contractors. And Nitish Kumar ji is working as a servant.”
Shravan Kumar said- Bihar needs a public leader, not a contractor.
During the program, journalists asked Shravan Kumar that PK had claimed that NDA would be reduced to 25 seats. On this the minister said – “Ask them, why us? We were in a hurry to return to Patna that day. Women employment scheme had to be launched. I am connected to the ground and have won elections eight times.” He further said that PK tries to make headlines every time by making statements, but the public no longer takes him seriously. “I had already said that Prashant Kishore’s shop will be closed. Bihar does not consider him a leader, because Bihar needs a public leader, not a contractor.”
“PK talks good things, but contract does not last long”
Shravan Kumar raised questions on PK’s working style and said, “He definitely talks good things, but for how long will the contract work last? The public looks at their leader, not at the contract worker.” He claimed that because of Nitish Kumar’s leadership ability and good governance, the people of Bihar still trust NDA.
