BJP Attack Congress: Congress leader Udit Raj supported the statement of Maulana Arshad Madani. After which BJP accused Congress of vote bank and supporting terrorism. BJP also raised questions on the leadership ability of Rahul Gandhi.
New Delhi. Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani has accused of discrimination against Muslims in India. Politics has intensified over Madani’s controversial statements. At the same time, Congress leader Udit Raj has supported Madani’s statement. BJP’s national spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari has attacked Congress regarding this. He said that Congress’s thinking on terrorism is based on ‘vote bank’.
BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari, while talking to IANS, put Congress in the dock on this issue and said that the Congress leader’s support of Madani’s statement proves that Congress’s thinking on terrorism is based on ‘vote bank’. Bhandari alleged that this is the mentality under which Sonia Gandhi shed tears for the Batla House terrorists.
Bhandari said that now Congress leader and Rahul Gandhi’s close aide Udit Raj’s justification of Madani’s statement is proof that Congress does not shy away from supporting terrorists for ‘vote bank’ politics. He alleged that the same Congress which had created a false theory against the RSS regarding the 26/11 terrorist attack, is today openly supporting such statements. This is another example of Congress’s anti-national politics.
Pradeep Bhandari also directly attacked Congress and Rahul Gandhi on the statement of SP MLA Ravidas Mehrotra regarding giving the leadership of India Alliance to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. He said that not only the people of the country, even the opposition parties do not take Rahul Gandhi seriously anymore. Bhandari claimed that there is clear disagreement within the India Alliance regarding Rahul Gandhi’s leadership ability and Congress leaders in Bihar are protesting against the top leadership of their own party.
Bhandari said that PM Modi had said that after the election results in Bihar, mutual conflict between opposition parties will increase. Describing Rahul Gandhi as a ‘political failure’, he said that he has lost about 95 elections so far, and the opposition parties have rejected him. When the opposition leaders themselves do not consider Rahul Gandhi worthy of leadership, then why will the people of the country support him.
