Modi government is implementing PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana with big ambitions for the farmers. Under this scheme, 21 installments have so far been deposited in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. The next installment, i.e. the 22nd installment, is yet to come. Farmers registered under PM Kisan Yojana are waiting for the 22nd installment. Their wait will end soon. The government had released the 21st installment of this scheme on November 19, 2025. More than 9 crore farmers have benefited in the 21st installment. Rs 2,000 have been deposited in their accounts. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are getting Rs 2,000 every four months, i.e. a total of Rs 6,000 per year in three installments.
The 19th installment of PM Kisan Yojana was released on 24 February 2025. After that the 20th installment was released on 2 August 2025. The 22nd installment is expected to arrive in early 2026. According to reports, the government may release the 22nd installment in February 2026. According to the rules of the scheme, the next installment will be received after four months. Therefore, the 22nd installment is likely to be released by the end of February.
If you want to get the 22nd installment, then complete your e-KYC immediately. The government has made it clear that farmers who have not completed the e-KYC process will not get money. Many farmers still have not got their e-KYC done. Such farmers will not have their installments deposited in their bank accounts.

Along with e-KYC, farmers will also have to complete verification of their land. Earlier this was not necessary. But the government has now made it mandatory for better transparency. Farmers who have not completed e-KYC and have not got their land verified will not get the 22nd installment. Funds will be released only to those who have completed both these processes.
Farmers who want to receive the 22nd installment can complete their e-KYC by following these steps- Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. On the home page, find the e-KYC link and click on it. A new page will open where you will have to enter your Aadhaar number. Then click on the ‘Search’ button. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter OTP in the given box and click on ‘Submit’.
