Plum cake making
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
125 grams Almonds (sliced)
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 1/2 mix dry fruit (raisins, candied peel and cherry)
2 cups flour
8 inch Spherical Cake Tin
Method of making plum cakes
Mix fruits and almonds with 2 tablespoons fine flour and keep them aside.
– Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence together.
– Mix it in the flour and after that mix the fruit mixer.
Now put this mixture in a baking tin and bake in a preheat oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool down and serve again.
