salmonellosis
Salmonellosis is a bacterial infection spread through contact with pigeon droppings or feathers. Symptoms of salmonellosis may include diarrhea, fever and stomach cramps.

Pigeons can carry E. coli bacteria in their feces, which can cause serious gastrointestinal illness in humans.
