Ingredients for Peanut Chaat
Peanuts – 3 cups
Onion finely chopped – 1
Tomato finely chopped – 1
Green chili finely chopped – 1
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp

How to make Peanut Chaat
To make Peanut Chaat, first take peanuts and clean them. After this, take a cooker and put peanuts and 5 cups of water in it. Put turmeric powder and salt in it and keep it on medium flame to cook. When 5 whistles come in the cooker, then turn off the gas. When the cooker cools down, open its lid and filter the peanuts through a sieve and keep them aside in a bowl.

Now add red chili, roasted cumin seeds to the boiled peanuts and mix them all well. After this add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chili and mix it.
