Dehradun. In the year 2021, the issue of paper leak was very hot. Now in the beginning of the year 2023, once again the case of paper leak has come to the fore in Uttarakhand. The most surprising thing has come to light that the mastermind who leaked the paper turned out to be an officer of the Public Service Commission. It is being told that he along with his 3 other colleagues had leaked the paper of the recent Patwari recruitment.
Let us tell you that on Sunday, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had conducted the examination for the recruitment of 563 posts. The mastermind of the paper leak in this recruitment case turned out to be Sanjeev Chaturvedi, the high secrecy section officer of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. Accused Sanjeev Chaturvedi along with his wife used to send papers to his colleagues.
Disclosing this, STF has arrested 4 accused. Their names are Sanjeev, Ramkumar, Sanjeev Chaturvedi and Rajpal. All the accused used to form a gang and gather the candidates at Maya Arun Resort in Roorkee and get the paper solved at the resort itself before the paper, on which the STF took action.

On the other hand, according to the information received from SSP STF Ayush Aggarwal, the section officer of the Commission used to send the paper to his friend Rajpal a few days before the paper was leaked. In which Sanjeev and Ramkumar used to collect the candidates and used to collect 8 to 10 lakh rupees from each candidate.
About 1.25 lakh youth of the state had participated in this recruitment. Out of which 35 candidates have been identified by STF so far. It is being told that still many more people can be arrested in this case. Let us tell you that in the year 2021, the recruitment paper leak case continued to heat up, but in the year 2023, the paper leak case of the first recruitment made it hot. SSP STF says that other recruitments done by the commission are also being looked into.
