Ingredients for Cheese ember
Tomato – 4 (300 grams)
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chili – 2
Dry red chili – 1
Paneer – 250 grams
Cinnamon slice – 1 inch
Curry leaves – 2 small pieces
Cloves – 3
Green cardamom – 3
Black pepper – 7
Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
Coriander – 3 tbsp
Paneer – ½ cup (grated)
Oil – 4 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Piece of coal – 1
Capsicum – 1
Asafoetida – ½ pinch
Cumin seeds – 1.25 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Cashew – 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Paneer Angara Recipe
To make Paneer Angara, finely chop tomatoes, green chillies, ginger pieces and 1 dry red chili.
Now put 1 tbsp of raw condensed oil in a deep pan and heat it on a low flame. Now add cumin, cinnamon, curry leaves, cloves, pepper and tempering. When it is lightly roasted then put tomatoes, green chillies, ginger pieces and cashews in it and cover it with a lid and cook till the tomatoes become very soft.
After this, take it down from the gas and keep it under the fan to cool down. When it cools down, put it in the grinder and grind it well.
Now put 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat it, then add cumin seeds, tomato paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and kasoori methi and fry on a low flame till the spices and oil separate. Started appearing Now add chopped capsicum and fry it.
Now place coal on the flame and put some oil on it and let it smolder. When the spices and oil separate, add 1 cup water, salt and chopped coriander to it and mix. Now add the chopped cube and grated paneer in it and mix it well.
Now cover this gravy with a lid and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes on a low flame. When the vegetable is cooked, put the smoked coal in it, add asafoetida and oil over it and close it with the lid for 15 minutes.
After this, open the lid and take out the coal with the help of a tong, and put it in a serving bowl after putting butter and finely chopped coriander over it.
– Take your cheese cottage cheese ready.
