Ingredients to make spinach puri
2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp ghee
Salt to taste

Method of making spinach puri
First of all, mix the powdered spinach in the flour (before adding water).
Add ghee to the flour and mix well. Add salt to it and knead it with water.
Cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
After this, roll the puris with the dough.
Heat the oil and pour a small puri into it and see if it swells up at a time, then fry the other pooris.
It will come up at once. Press it in the center with the ladle so that it turns puffy.
Let it light brown on both the sides.
To remove the extra oil, put them on absorbent paper. After this, serve it in a serving dish.
