The last date to book a house in a premium housing scheme of DDA in Delhi has been extended till December 8. This housing scheme has been brought in Karkardooma. In this, 1026 premium 2 BHK flats have been kept for sale.
New DelhiDelhi Development Authority has extended the deadline of 2025 for the most high demand housing scheme of Karkardooma, Following the excellent response DDA Towering Heights at East Delhi Hub received in the initial weeks, this decision has been taken so that more and more people can participate in the e-auction, This is DDA’s first transit oriented development project, where premium high rise housing is being built very close to the metro,
1026 premium 2BHK flats are being offered in this scheme. Categories ranging from MIG to HIG, Super HIG and Penthouse are included. DDA has clearly said that the extended timeline will give more time to common buyers for preparation as the project prices are premium and the competition in the e-auction is going to be strong.
How much has the deadline increased now?
According to the new schedule, the last date for registration and submission of EMD for e-auction has been extended from November 21 to December 8 at 6 pm. The date of final application submission is now 10th December. The e-auction schedule will be released on December 12, while demo sessions will run from December 11 to 13. The actual e-auction will be held on 15, 16 and 17 December and the flat wise timing will be announced on 12 December.
Most important details of the project
East Delhi Hub of Karkardooma is at walking distance from Blue and Pink Line of Metro. Yamuna Sports Complex is also nearby, further increasing the premium value of the location. Flats of size 133 to 158 square meters are being provided in the project. The base price is between Rs 1.78 crore to Rs 3.09 crore, on which 5 percent GST will be applicable separately. This price can also go up in e-auction.
The amenities include 20000 square meter green zone, jogging track, open recreational space, smart home features, stacked and basement parking. There is a plan to hand over the possession by July 2026. The project is being prepared by NBCC and Nagarjuna Construction and the earlier delay in forest clearance and water sewerage approval has now been resolved.

DDA Towering Heights is actually Delhi’s first model TOD project, where residential, commercial and civic spaces come together in a single premium zone. Due to the walkable distance from the metro, traffic pressure remains less and lifestyle becomes more sustainable. Due to location premium and no DDA limit, people can also bid for multiple flats. Competition is tough due to high prices and e-auction, but full amenities and connectivity make it the most attractive housing scheme in East Delhi.
