DDA housing scheme 2025: There is a good news for people who are dreaming of buying their own house in Delhi. The second phase of DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 is being started by Delhi Development Authority (DDA). An announcement has been made by DDA regarding this. Keeping in mind the success of the first phase, the second phase is being started.
According to the circular issued, there is a plan to provide 1537 additional flats in the second phase. DDA has decided to expand the scheme to include LIG (Low Income Group) category as well. Under this scheme, people from economically weaker sections (EWS) will be helped in realizing their dream of owning their own home.
Where to register?
The second phase is being started by DDA from Friday, November 7, 2025. Interested persons can register from 12 noon. All registrations can be done on the official portal of DDA. If we talk about fees, new applicants will have to pay Rs 2500 as lump sum registration.
At the same time, already registered applicants will not be charged any fee and there is no need to register again.
What is the booking fee?
Applicants will have to pay a booking amount of Rs 1 lakh for LIG flat. Whereas DDA has fixed the booking amount for EWS flats at Rs 50,000. Along with this, there may be a difference in the prices of flats located at different places. The flats are divided according to category. 15 percent discount is being given on LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony and EWS flats in Narela.
Seeing the immense success of the first phase, DDA is starting the second phase. All the flats of the first phase were booked on the very first day. This is a commendable step by DDA in making people own homes in Delhi.
