Patna. With the formation of the new government in Bihar, the bulldozer model of UP is being discussed a lot. However, amidst the discussion of running bulldozer model on the lines of UP in Bihar too, Shravan Kumar, close to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and minister in Bihar government, has given a big statement during a special conversation with News 18. Shravan Kumar said that there is no need of any bulldozer model in Bihar, because only ‘Nitish model’ has been running here for the last 20 years and will continue in future also. Minister Shravan Kumar claimed that the public has continuously expressed confidence and blessed Nitish Kumar for the fifth time, which is a victory for the good governance model.
Shravan Kumar said that Bihar government always thinks about everyone’s welfare. He said that whatever action is being taken against encroachment on government land, it is being taken on the instructions of the court. He clarified that our government does not do injustice to anyone. But occupying government land is a legal offence. Action is being taken as per the instructions of the court.
Government is giving 1 lakh or 5 decimal land to those who do not have land: Shravan Kumar
Minister Shravan Kumar said that the government is running schemes on a large scale for the poor and landless families.
He said- Those who do not have land, one lakh rupees are being given to buy land. Where government land is available, 5 decimal land is being provided to the beneficiaries. Laborers are being continuously provided employment through MNREGA.
What did the minister say on the Vande Mataram controversy?
On the debate on Vande Mataram in the Lok Sabha, he said, “What is the harm in saying or humming Vande Mataram? It is the national song of the country, no one should have any objection to it.”
Big statement on Babri issue arising in Bengal
On the question of politics being played on the construction of Babri Masjid amid the election atmosphere in West Bengal, Shravan Kumar directly said – “People remember such things during elections. The public knows everything.”
“Just as NDA won a landslide victory in Bihar, it will do the same in Bengal too.”
The minister claimed that the alliance will fight the elections in West Bengal with the same strength with which NDA fought the elections in Bihar and won a huge majority. He said- “We are all together. Just as NDA got a historic victory in Bihar, we will achieve a similar big victory in Bengal too.”
