The shop owner told
Naresh Sao, the owner of the shop, says that he has been running the tea shop for a long time. The local people here fondly called him Mama and over time this work became his identity and due to the popularity of this name, he also named his shop Mama Tea Shop. At his stall, tea specially flavored with cardamom is prepared in fresh milk for the customers. At the same time, customers can enjoy cardamom scented tea in a paper cup for Rs 5 and an earthen kulhar for Rs 10.
Regarding the process of making tea, shop owner Naresh told that first of all it is prepared by boiling milk thoroughly in a saucepan or pan. After this, cardamom, sugar and tea leaves crushed in a mortar are mixed and added to the boiling milk. After cooking this mixture for some more time, the hot tea is filled in paper cups or earthen kulhads and served to the customers.

Apart from this, 15 to 20 kg of milk tea is prepared every day, which is made in open vessels with complete cleanliness. At the same time, his shop remains open from 4 am to 8 pm. Bidesh Kumar, a customer who came here to drink tea, told that he has been drinking tea here for years and the taste of uncle’s cardamom tea is still wonderful.
