One who burns in the fire of hard work. Only that person becomes successful and shines. This fits perfectly. Seeing the success of Nandikesh, resident of Bhagalpur. Nandikesh, who once used to work as a guard for Rs 15,000, is now going to have a company worth Rs 1 crore. How was all this possible? Let us tell you about this.
Nandikesh, resident of Telghi, Bhagalpur, is a source of inspiration for every youth who has thought of doing something but gave up without doing it. To get more information from Nandikesh, Local 18 reached Nandikesh’s factory in Barari, Biada. Due to which he is being discussed today. Despite having a turnover of lakhs, Nandikesh’s lifestyle is as normal as before. Nandikesh tells that he is 8th pass. Only after that the condition of the house started deteriorating. Papa used to work as a labourer. It was difficult to meet the family expenses with his wages.
The idea came to my mind while working as a guard.
After that he went to Mumbai to earn and after coming for a few days, studied till 12th. After that Nandikesh again went to Mumbai. Where he got a job as a guard in a bag factory. He used to get a salary of 15 thousand rupees and from this he used to save some money after expenses. There was definitely one thing in my mind that I would do something in Bihar. Nandikesh told that when the lockdown was imposed, he had only one thing in his mind that he did not know whether he would be able to go back to Bihar or not. But the labor train started and he came to Bihar. One thing I saw there was that workers from Bihar make bags in the bag factory in Mumbai and the same bags are then sold in Bihar itself. I thought why not make the bag right here. After this Nandikesh tells that he took some money from friends and took a loan from the government. Mortgaged the farm and started a bag factory. Last year there was a turnover of Rs 80 lakh.
Have you ever thought of closing it down?
At the same time, let us tell you that once upon a time a situation arose that required the factory to be closed. When Nandikesh was asked, he told that I had set up a factory. But in between, there came a time when I felt that now the factory will have to be closed because there was a problem in paying wages to the workers because the government started giving bags which were being brought from outside but now we have got the orders, so now we have grown well. Gradually the factory will be expanded further.
