On the death of Sharad Yadav, along with PM Modi, other leaders paid tribute, expressed grief by tweeting

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday expressed grief over the demise of senior socialist leader Sharad Yadav. PM Modi said in a tweet, ‘I am saddened by the death of Sharad Yadav. In his long years in public life, he distinguished himself as a parliamentarian and minister. He was greatly inspired by the ideals of Dr. Lohia. I will always cherish our conversation. My condolences to his family and fans. Senior leader and former president of Janata Dal (United) Sharad Yadav passed away on Thursday. He was 75 years old. His family members gave this information.

CM Yogi Adityanath expressed grief by tweeting
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed grief over the demise of Sharad Yadav. He tweeted and said, ‘The demise of former Union Minister Shri Sharad Yadav is very sad. Humble tribute to him! Lord Shri Ram is prayed to give the departed soul a place in his holy feet and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this sorrow. Former deputy CM of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav tweeted, “Tearful emotional tribute to respected guardian Sharad Yadav ji.” Hundreds of salutations.

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav also tweeted
Samajwadi Party’s national president Akhilesh Yadav has also expressed grief by tweeting. He tweeted and said, ‘Demise of great socialist leader respected Mr. Sharad Yadav is extremely heart-wrenching. May God give peace to his soul and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this loss. Om Shanti!’ On the other hand, former Uttar Pradesh Minister Omprakash Rajbhar tweeted, ‘I am shocked by the news of the death of former Union Minister Shri Sharad Yadav, a strong pillar of socialist movement and justice-loving politics. May God give place to the departed soul at his holy feet and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this loss. Om Shanti!’

Sharad Yadav died at the age of 75
Former Union Minister Yadav was admitted to a private hospital in Gurugram. Senior leader and former president of Janata Dal (United) Sharad Yadav passed away at a private hospital in Gurugram on Thursday. His family members gave this information. Yadav was 75 years old. He is survived by his wife, a daughter and a son.

Union Minister Rajnath Singh also condoled the death
Sharad Yadav had been a former Union Minister in several governments. Sharad Yadav formed the Democratic Janata Dal in the year 2018. In March 2020, he merged with Lalu Yadav’s organization Raj. He said that was the first step towards a united opposition. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also condoled the demise of the veteran politician. He said that I have felt deep pain due to the death of former Union Minister and senior leader of the country Sharad Yadav. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that he is saddened by the demise of former JDU president Sharad Yadav, a senior leader of the country’s socialist stream.

The statement said, ‘During the health check-up, his pulse was not running or blood pressure was not recorded. All attempts at treatment failed. He was declared brought dead at 10.19 pm. A statement from the Fortis Memorial Research Institute said that Yadav was brought to the emergency ward in an unconscious state.
