Abbas Ali Mehdi, Head of Biochemistry at KGMU, told that dangerous chemical substances and pesticides are now being used indiscriminately in crops and food items. Research has found that the amount of dangerous pesticides is also present in the mother’s milk. Such milk is dangerous for the body of a newborn baby. Mehdi also said that people are getting various diseases at an early age only because of the exposure of such deadly chemicals to children since birth.

Mehdi told that if women want to avoid it, then they should consume more and more green vegetables and fruits. Before consuming fruits and vegetables, they should be cleaned thoroughly. Try to eat only after removing the peel and keep adding something new to your diet everyday. This is the only way to save.
