Haryana Weather Update: The weather is about to take a turn in Haryana. According to the Meteorological Department, cold winds are going to come from the north and north-west. Due to which further drop in night temperature may be seen. Due to which the cold will increase.
The weather of Haryana is becoming very strange these days. In fact, sometimes strong cold winds start blowing, and sometimes suddenly mild heat starts being felt. The instability of this weather has forced people to shiver especially in the morning and night and the Meteorological Department had already issued alerts to many districts. Now the direction of the winds has changed a bit, so there has definitely been some relief in the situation. Because the winds coming from the south-west have slightly increased the day temperature, but the cold of the night has not reduced. Whereas yesterday i.e. on 12th December, the maximum temperature recorded in Bhiwani district of Haryana was 26.2 degrees Celsius. Whereas the lowest temperature was seen in Mahendragarh district at 5.8 degrees Celsius. This morning’s temperature in Haryana is 12°C. According to the report of India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature in many parts of the state has gone below normal by 2 degrees Celsius. From today, IMD has issued a yellow alert of dense fog. There may be a huge reduction in visibility in the morning and evening in Panchkula, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Sonipat, Panipat.
Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of the Agricultural Meteorological Department of Chaudhary Charan Singh Agricultural University, Hisar, says that the weather may change again in the next few days. According to him, cold winds are going to come from the north and north-west. Due to which further drop in night temperature may be seen. Dr. Khichad has advised people to take special care in the morning and evening. Because the cold can suddenly intensify at any time. According to the weather agency, there are chances of change in the weather from today i.e. 13th December. Due to which strong cold winds will blow on 15th and 16th December and there will be a slight drop in the mercury in the plains. Then between 17 and 20 December, another western disturbance will enter North India, due to which the minimum temperature may rise slightly again. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to come out of their homes in the morning and evening only when there is urgent work, and to keep wearing home clothes.
AQI level has become very bad, people are protecting themselves by covering their faces.
These days, AQI level is being seen very bad in Haryana and according to aqi.in, AQI level of 721 has been seen in Faridabad district in the morning, whereas in Delhi, AQI level of 706 has been recorded in the morning. In Haryana’s Gurugram district, the AQI level was seen around 499 in the morning, while the AQI level of Ambala district was recorded at 228. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of dense fog falling in Haryana for a few days. In such a situation, people can protect themselves from this by wearing a mask on their mouth.
