Abhay Brigade In Bihar: Bihar Government Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary has taken many important steps for the safety of women in Bihar. One of these is the formation of Abhay Brigade. It will keep special monitoring on incidents of eve-teasing and other sexual harassment. Instructions were given to stop illegal mining and improve law and order in the state. Emphasis was also laid on traffic and industry safety.
Patna: The state government is very serious about the safety of women. Bihar Government Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary has made a big announcement regarding this. He held a review meeting with senior state police officials and gave several instructions. He said that strict action should be taken against criminals in the state. For this, formation of Abhay Brigade has also been suggested. During the conversation, the minister emphasized on stopping illegal mining, public safety and law and order. He directed that an effective reporting system should be prepared for information about illegal mining and other crimes.

The government’s decision in the meeting is to ensure the safety of women and youth. For this, special monitoring will be kept on incidents of eve-teasing and other sexual harassment. For this, a special unit Abhay Brigade has been formed. The work of this brigade will be to immediately catch miscreants, molesters and criminals and to guarantee safety to the public. The Home Minister said that with the help of this brigade, women, students and common people will feel safe.

In the same meeting, instructions were also given to improve the road and traffic system. The minister has said that the traffic system of the state will have to be improved in the next three months. Not only traffic rules have to be followed, but vehicle and traffic control on the roads also has to be strengthened. The Home Minister has also called the District Magistrate (DM), Superintendent of Police (SP) and representatives of local industrialists and industrial organizations and ordered to hold monthly meetings. Its objective is to listen to the complaints of people working in the industry, issues like employment and security and resolve them in a timely manner.
Told the first priority of the government
Samrat Chaudhary said in the meeting that public safety, rule of law and keeping an eye on corruption and illegal activities are the first priorities of the government. He has given clear instructions to the police and administration that action will be taken against whoever violates this order. This decision is a step towards the law-and-order system of Bihar, which will provide relief to the general public. There will be fear among criminals and law and order will be strengthened.
