It is very easy to make Ayurvedic steam to get rid of cold and cough. For this, celery, basil and cloves present in the kitchen are most effective. Just add 1 spoon celery, 5-7 basil leaves and 2-3 cloves in water and boil it. Cover your head with a towel and take steam for 5-10 minutes. It opens the nose, thins the phlegm and gives instant relief.
At the same time, steam with turmeric and liquorice is useful in sore throat, swelling and cough. It works like an antiseptic and eliminates throat infection. According to experts, this opens the throat and provides relief from pain.
If you want to increase the glow of the skin, then add neem leaves and a few drops of rose water to water and take steam on the face. This opens the pores, removes excess oil and also provides relief from pimples. After steam, it is important to wipe the face gently and apply moisturizer.
