The Income Tax Department has launched an e-portal to complain of tax evasion.
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has launched a Dedicated E-Portal (E-Portal) to make complaints related to tax evasion and undisclosed property abroad. By visiting this new e-filing website of the Income Tax Department, anyone can complain about tax evasion or Benami properties.

These people will get the facility to complain online
The Finance Ministry said that through this new portal, people’s participation in curbing tax evasion will also increase. For this, people need to go to https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ and file a complaint by clicking on one of the file complaint of tax evasion / undisclosed foreign asset / benami property. Along with PAN or Aadhaar card holders, this facility will also be available to those who do not have both.

The Center said that with the help of OTP found on mobile or email, any person after Varifikan will be subject to Income Tax Act, 1961, Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Property and Income) Imposition of the Income Tax Act 1961 and Prevention of Benami Transaction Act. You can lodge a complaint with a different form. These three forms have been specially designed for this purpose so that the complainant does not face any problem. After the complaint is filed, the Income Tax Department will allot a unique number to the complainant. The complainant can check the status of his complaint online only on the website of the department.
