During this, the Chief Minister also inspected a textile unit and a biscuit factory. While talking to women working on sewing machines and local laborers, the CM said that employment generation is the biggest priority for the coming 5 years. He took detailed information from the officials on expansion of industries, increasing investment and creating more employment opportunities. The employees present on the spot said that now they do not have to go out for employment, due to which both the family and livelihood have been secured. The Industries Department is also now taking rapid steps to attract investors in the state. Overall, the industrial inspection of Hajipur clearly indicated that Nitish government is preparing to make employment and industry the main basis of Bihar development.
