Nitish government will open a school on the seized property of Lalu Yadav, Samrat Chaudhary announces

Patna. Bihar Deputy CM cum Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary has said that the seized properties of RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav will now be used in the interest of the society. He clearly said that government schools will be opened on these properties, so that poor and needy children can get direct benefits. Speaking in a dialogue program of a private television channel, Samrat Chaudhary said that Lalu Prasad Yadav is a registered criminal and has been convicted in cases related to the fodder scam worth about Rs 950 crore. He told that ED and CBI have already attached many properties of Lalu Yadav.

Building near zoo closed for 20 years

According to the Home Minister, a building located near Patna Zoo has been closed for the last 20 years and is locked. This property is also included in the properties attached by the investigating agencies. Samrat Chaudhary said that such properties will not be allowed to remain closed like this.

Announcement of opening of schools on seized properties

Samrat Choudhary said that it is not right to keep the property built with public tax and scam money under lock and key. The government will get those buildings painted and government schools will be opened there. He said that this will provide better opportunities for education to children from poor families.

Referring to the fodder scam, the Home Minister said that if a government school is opened in an attached building, it will please the public. He also said that the people concerned will also be satisfied that the property is being used in public interest.

Samrat Chaudhary said that government schools will be opened in Patna on the seized properties of Lalu Prasad Yadav, under the scheme of Nitish government, poor children will get the benefit of education.

Strict stance against criminals

In the program, Samrat Chaudhary also talked about the ongoing anti-crime campaign in Bihar. He said that the common people of Bihar have no need to fear. Only criminals should be afraid. Those involved in crime will have to face the law.

Fast Track Court and Speedy Trial

Deputy CM said that those against whom cases will be registered, their cases will be tried through fast track court. He claimed that cases would be settled within 3 to 6 months and punishment would be ensured. The properties acquired through crime will be seized and used for the benefit of the society.

Now letters will be written on the walls of scam

Samrat Chaudhary clearly said that he does not threaten anyone, but believes in action. He said that no matter who the criminal is – big or small, he will have to go to jail and the government will confiscate the illegally acquired property and use it in public interest.
