Nirmala Sitharaman said, “The package announced through the budget will increase the attraction of the International Financial Center in Gift City.”
In the ‘India Aircraft Leasing Summit’, he said that the government has taken forward the International Financial Services Center rapidly given the cost-effective features.

He said, “Apart from the tax incentives already provided, I avail tax benefits on capital gains for aircraft leasing companies, tax rebate on lease rent payments to foreign leasing companies, tax incentives for setting up foreign funds in IFAC, I propose to give tax exemption for investment units of foreign banks located in IFSC.
