Greater Noida. The police has filed a charge sheet in the CJM court in the much talked about Nikki Bhati murder case that took place on August 21 in Sirsa village of Kasna Kotwali area. In this charge sheet, Noida Police has termed Nikki’s murder as not an accident but a well-planned conspiracy hatched by the entire family. The most important thing is that the statement given by Nikki’s 6 year old son Avish Bhati has also been described as an important testimony, evidence in the charge sheet and it has been said that the child eyewitness has given a clear picture of the entire incident.
What does the charge sheet of Nikki Bhati Murder Case say, let us know in important points..
In the charge sheet, the police say that Nikki’s son Avish Bhati, who was present at the spot, gave eyewitness testimony of the entire incident to the police. From the statement of the child, it was told in the charge sheet that the father hit the mother, the grandmother gave him a lighter, then the fire was set. It is said that father Vipin Bhati came into the room and beat Nikki brutally. When Nikki protested, Vipin poured some inflammable substance on Nikki from the bottle. Grandmother Daya Bhati, who was present on the spot, handed the lighter to Vipin. After this Vipin set Nikki on fire. As soon as the flames rose, Vipin escaped by jumping from the neighbour’s roof. The police have considered this to be the most reliable and direct testimony of the incident.
What does Nikki’s post mortem report say?
Dr. Rohit Tyagi, who conducted the post-mortem, has clearly written in the report that Nikki’s body was burnt to the extent of 80 percent. The cause of death was hypovolemic shock resulting from severe burn injuries. This report also became an important evidence confirming the murder.
FSL investigation and inspection of the incident site
FSL examined Nikki’s mobile, but did not find any important evidence. During inspection by the field unit in-charge, it was found that there was no evidence of cylinder explosion at the spot. After this, the theory of cylinder explosion or accident was completely demolished.
An attempt was made to show the murder as an accident, preparations were made to create an alibi through CCTV
The charge sheet says that the four named accused Vipin Bhati, his mother Daya, father Satveer and brother Rohit had made a pre-planned strategy to murder Nikki. Everyone decided that at the time of the incident, they should be seen at such a location where CCTV and mobile surveillance showed them away from home. After the murder, Nikki was taken to Fortis Hospital so that it could be shown as an accident. The police have termed it as a pre-planned murder. Investigation found that criminal cases were already registered against Vipin Bhati, which confirmed his violent tendencies.

On the basis of investigation, in the charge sheet, the accused have been made accused under section 103 (1) murder, 115 (2) conspiracy to murder, 61 (2) destruction of evidence of BNS.
So why was the murder conspiracy hatched?
In the charge sheet, the police say that investigation revealed that Nikki was educated and used to run a beauty parlor at home. She used to post videos, reels and promotional material on social media. The in-laws did not like this thing. Nikki did not stop doing this even after being stopped several times. Due to this, there were continuous disputes in the family and finally a conspiracy was hatched to murder him. Police say that this case is not a domestic dispute but a planned murder. It is clearly written in the charge sheet that the four accused together planned to murder Nikki by any means, so that there is no dispute in future.
