Jaipur. NIA raids several places in Rajasthan in PFI conspiracy case. According to the NIA, the accused members of PFI in this case used to instigate the Muslim youth of Rajasthan against the country under a conspiracy. Under the conspiracy, the accused Sadiq Saraf and Mohd Asif and other unidentified Muslim youths are being radicalized for unlawful activities and terrorist activities in various parts of India including the State of Rajasthan.
Today (12.01.2023) NIA conducted searches at 9 places in Jaipur (04), Kota (04) and Sawai Madhopur (01) districts of Rajasthan in Case No. 12 of NIA. The matter is related to secret information received from reliable sources. Sadiq Saraf’s son Samar is a resident of Baran district of Rajasthan. While Mohammad Asif son of late Ashfaq Mirza, resident of Retipada, Sangod, is a resident of District Kota. During this action, a large number of police forces were also present for the NIA. During this operation which lasted for about two hours, the team had completely sealed the surrounding area.
According to media reports, raids were conducted at Mubarak Khan, who is associated with the Social Democratic Party of India. According to the information received, NIA took Mubarak’s son Naushad with them. Search action has also been taken at Mubarak’s house in Kaithoon area. Mubarak’s son Naushad runs a salon in Kota. Cadres of PFI are engaged in illegal activities and are promoting enmity and hatred between different religious groups in India through their inflammatory statements and activities promoting violent acts.

During the searches conducted today, digital devices (mobile phones, sim cards), sharp edged knives and objectionable materials, literature/posters etc. have been seized.
