Nature Guide Training In Saharsa: Forest Divisional Officer Bharat Chintapalli said that any youth who has passed 12th can become a part of this program. The selected youth will not only be given training under the guidance of experts, but they will also be provided with necessary facilities and resources from the Forest Department. In the training program the youth will be provided information on many important subjects.
Sarhasa: Forest Department has brought a great opportunity for unemployed youth. Now the department will train these youth as nature guides and bird guides, so that they can get new avenues of employment. Under this program, interested youth can apply directly by going to the forest division office. The aim of the Forest Department is that the youth should play an active role in the conservation of nature, environment and birds and also create a sustainable livelihood for themselves. They can apply till 10th January.
12th pass can also become a part of this program

This training will be given
First of all they will be taught to identify different species of birds. How species are separated based on color of feathers, size, voice and their habitat. Apart from this, they will be taught scientific methods of bird counting. So that they can accurately estimate the number of birds present in an area. The youth will also be told how to conduct a survey in any forest area or wetland. How data is recorded and how this data is used in environmental protection. There is a great need for such trained youth in various nature conservation activities held every year in India. Therefore, this training program has been prepared keeping in mind the future needs.
Youth will go on field visit
The Forest Department said that during the training the youth will also be taken on field visit. Where they will observe birds in real environment. We will understand what role birds play in environmental balance. Along with this, they will also be taught what precautions should be followed while recording the presence of any sensitive bird species. In particular, these trained youth will also be included in the Asian Winter Water Bird Census Program to be started soon. This is an international level programme. In which experts and wildlife lovers from many countries participate. By participating in this program the youth will not only get experience, but they can also get an opportunity to work on a global platform.
