Mushroom: Mushroom is considered a very beneficial vegetable, but if eaten after reheating it can cause serious harm. The proteins of mushroom change when reheated and problems like heaviness in stomach, gas and vomiting can occur.
Eggs: If you are making egg curry or adding it to gravy, it is better to eat it immediately. Reheating egg curry or egg bhurji is harmful because the protein can get damaged.
