2. Increase movement in the work space- Increase your activities where you work. 3. Take advantage of fidgeting- Unconscious actions also increase NEAT. 5. Make small changes in daily tasks- Even a small effort increases the movement of your knees. Like taking multiple trips when organizing things, making more movements while doing laundry, washing some dishes by hand before putting them in the dishwasher, or occasionally removing furniture and cleaning behind it.
