Narendra Narayan Yadav has filed nomination as the only candidate for the post of Deputy Speaker of Bihar Assembly. Due to which his election is certain. There will be a formal announcement tomorrow. He is a confidant of Nitish Kumar and a founding member of JDU. Who has taken the responsibility of minister and protem speaker.
Patna: It has now been confirmed in the Bihar Assembly that senior leader Narendra Narayan Yadav will be the new Deputy Speaker of the Assembly. He has filed his nomination as the only candidate for this post. Since the numbers in the House are in favor of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and there is no other candidate, his election is certain. The formal announcement will be made tomorrow (4th December).
Nitish Kumar’s trustworthy and long experience
Narendra Narayan Yadav is a leader with a long and impeccable parliamentary experience in the politics of Bihar. He is one of the founding members of Janata Dal (United) or JDU and is considered extremely trusted by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. His political career spans several decades and he has consistently won elections.
Yadav represents Alam Nagar assembly constituency of Madhepura district of Bihar. He has been elected MLA from this seat several times in a row, which shows his popularity and strong hold on the area. His political journey started in the 1980s and since then he has not looked back.
Narendra Narayan Yadav has taken charge of various important ministries in the governments of Nitish Kumar. As a minister, he has worked in departments like Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, which has given him wide experience, both legislative and administrative. He is known for his calm, simple and controversy-free image.
Got the responsibility of Protem Speaker
Before being elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, he was recently holding the responsibility of Protem Speaker in the newly constituted Assembly. In this role, he successfully completed the process of administering oath to all the newly elected MLAs. As Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, he will conduct the proceedings of the House in the absence of the Speaker (Prem Kumar). His selection is not only a testament to his loyalty to his party, but also reflects his deep understanding of parliamentary procedures and his ability to work with consensus.
