Namo Bharat Train from Delhi to Alwar: The Cabinet has approved running of Namo Bharat train between Sarai Kale Khan of Delhi to Alwar city of Rajasthan. In the first phase, a track will be laid from Delhi to Bawal in Rewari via Gurugram. After that there is a plan to connect it till Alwar. In such a situation, it is expected that this distance of more than 100 kilometers will be covered in just 40 minutes. After this approval, the fortunes of about 6 cities and towns falling between Delhi and Alwar are going to shine. There is going to be a big jump in the prices of property and land here.
Apart from Metro, the operational routes of Rapid Metro and Namo Bharat trains are being expanded to provide excellent connectivity to the entire NCR including Haryana and Delhi. Under this, a detailed project has been prepared for Namo running from Delhi to Alwar, only the work of completing all the formalities is yet to be done by the Finance Department.
These areas situated between Delhi-Alwar will benefit
There are about 6 big cities and towns between Delhi and Alwar. There are also a considerable number of small towns and villages. As we move ahead of Rewari, we come to those areas of Rajasthan where the construction of this Namo Bharat Corridor is going to provide great convenience to the people because there is neither metro nor rapid metro like facilities there. However, now through the Namo Bharat Corridor, these areas will get direct connectivity to the cities of NCR.
What do experts say
Bhupendra Singh, Founder of Property Transactions and Real Estate Analyst It is said that whenever any government scheme or project comes, the area is sure to develop. New projects not only provide facilities to the people but also strengthen other systems in the surrounding areas. As the infrastructure becomes stronger, the land prices in the area also increase. If we look at many similar projects in the past, we can see that in the cities of Delhi-NCR, wherever big projects like Metro, Expressway, Namo Bharat or Rapid Metro have reached, along with the increase in land prices, all other facilities have also increased rapidly.
In such a situation, this project reaching Alwar will not only benefit the areas falling between Delhi and Palwal, those who invest in these areas from now onwards are expected to get huge benefits in the coming few years. NCR is now expanding in this direction. Therefore, there are good opportunities for investment in these areas. Especially buying a plot or a large piece of land can be a profitable deal here.
