Muzaffarpur News: Encroachers are not doing well in Muzaffarpur. Municipal Corporation’s bulldozers today demolished all the illegal encroachments on the roadside in these two areas. Action will be taken against those who do not follow the laws and rules.
Muzaffarpur. In Muzaffarpur on Tuesday, joint action is being taken by the district administration and the Municipal Corporation to remove the encroachment spread on the roadside. On Tuesday, illegal construction was demolished by using bulldozers on a large scale around Aghoria Bazaar Chowk and Bairia Bus Stand of the city. Sub-Divisional Officer (East) Tushar Kumar led this entire action by being present at the spot himself. The Municipal Corporation team, police force and traffic DSP were deployed with them.
The aim is also to teach adherence to rules
Sub-divisional officer Tushar Kumar said that the city’s traffic system was being badly affected due to encroachment. The roads were becoming increasingly narrow and people were facing a lot of difficulties in commuting. This is the reason why the campaign is being run continuously for the last two days. This action is being taken not only to clear the roads, but also to create fear of law among the people and make them follow the rules.

People used to set up their shops and stalls on the roads around Aghoria Bazaar and Bairia Bus Stand, due to which the road became narrow and the pedestrians faced problems. In view of all these things, the administration had already given notice to all of them and warned them to remove the illegal construction. The illegal encroachment was demolished as soon as the bulldozers arrived on Tuesday. During the action, carts standing on the road, huts, pucca sheds built in front of shops and other illegal structures were removed.
Action will be taken without discrimination
SDO Tushar Kumar said that people are being repeatedly made aware not to encroach on the roadside. To keep the traffic flowing smoothly, auto drivers have also been given strict instructions to park at designated places only. He said that this campaign will continue further to improve the system of the city and wherever encroachment is found, action will be taken without any discrimination.
