Moong dal – 4 cups (You can also take ground lentils)
Rice flour – 4 cups
Parsley – half a teaspoon
Green chili paste – half a teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Mole – 2 teaspoons
Salt – as per taste

Moong Dal Masala Tikki Recipe
To make moong dal masala tikki, firstly mix moong dal flour or ground dry lentils and rice flour in a large vessel and mix well. After this, add salt, parsley, green chilli paste, asafoetida and mix well. Add chopped coriander as well. Now add water little by little and knead soft dough. After this, keep this dough covered for some time, so that the dough is set. After this, take a little flour and make round balls on the palm. Then place a thick foil over the chakla and grease it by applying oil. Now take the dough and wrap it in sesame and place it round on a foil and give a slight pressure with the hands, so that it is rolled well.
