How to make Mix Saag
Material:
Spinach – 250 grams
Mustard leaves – 250 grams
Fenugreek – 100 grams
Bathua – 100 grams
Radish leaves – 50 grams
Green chilli – 3-4
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 6-7 cloves
Onion – 1 medium
Tomato – 2
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Ghee or mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
Wash all the green vegetables thoroughly and chop them coarsely.
Boil the vegetables by adding some water in a big vessel. Also add green chilli and ginger to it.
When the vegetables become soft, cool them and grind them coarsely in the mixer.
Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion seasoning to it.
Add tomatoes and fry well.
Now add ground greens and mix salt.
Add corn flour to thicken it and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
Add ghee and serve hot.
How to eat?
