Bareilly: A case has been registered under serious sections against Ittehad-e-Millat Council (IMC) chief Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan, his brother-in-law Mohsin Raza and a total of 10 people in Izzatnagar police station area of ​​Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. The victim Wadiya Laeva has alleged that the accused were conspiring to grab her land and she was given death threats. According to the victim, the accused entered the house with weapons and threatened her and her family. Apart from this, an attempt was made to molest his mother and outrage her modesty. Fed up with the mental torture and constant pressure, the victim’s father consumed poisonous substance, due to which his condition became critical.

Accusation of forcibly occupying land
The police have immediately registered a case on the basis of the complaint. Bareilly Police said that on Saturday, Wadiya Laeva daughter Shakir Beg nr. Rahpura Chaudhary Bareilly police station Izzatnagar district Bareilly lodged an FIR that her father is very old and remains ill. Taking advantage of these circumstances, Wadiya’s uncles Shariq Baig, Taufiq Baig, Shahid Baig, Shakir Baig and Shadiq Baig etc., in a conspiracy with Maulana Tauqeer Raza and Maulana’s brother-in-law Mohsin Raza, threatened Wadiya with weapons and gave him serious threats of death with the aim of forcibly getting the land of Wadiya’s father in their name.

Molestation with the victim’s mother
Maulana Tauqeer Raza’s brother-in-law Mohsin Raza Khan, Ikram Beg and Vicky entered his house and again threatened to kill him and molested Wadiya’s mother and tried to outrage her modesty. Police said that it has been mentioned in the FIR that fed up with the atrocities of these people, his father consumed poisonous substance to commit suicide on Thursday, who is still under treatment. It is mentioned that his father has been tolerating the atrocities of Maulana Tauqeer Raza and his brothers-in-law Mohsin Raza and Ikram Beg for the last 7 years, but being rich people, he does not dare to face them.
