Recipe: Curry laddus of Chhattisgarh are known for their unique taste and traditional method. These laddus are prepared with crispy sev made from gram flour and jaggery. Ingredients and method required to make curry laddu
• Take gram flour in a vessel, add salt as per taste, pour water over it and keep it dissolved, after that heat oil in a pan, filter the gram flour in the oil through a mold and first make thick sevbhunji (sev). After the sev is made, keep it separately.
• Now to make jaggery syrup, add water in a vessel and mix jaggery, make sure that your sev is mixed well, add water accordingly, then let it melt the jaggery on low flame, after the jaggery melts completely, add the fried sev of gram flour in it.
• And then mix it well with the help of a big spoon. Mixing it hot causes the jaggery and sev to stick while making the laddus. Therefore, mix it well and then.
• After touching water in the hand, make this sev mixed with syrup in round shape with both the hands. Water is touched in the hand so that it does not stick to the hand, and at the same time it also remains hot, hence it is prepared immediately. Because it does not stick after cooling. And it will not be able to be shaped like a laddu, now your kadak and curry laddus are ready, you can keep them for a long time,
