One of the special items available in winter is water chestnut, which would not be wrong if called a powerhouse of nutrition. In this season people prepare chaat and eat it. Boil the water chestnuts for only one whistle, then peel them. After this, add ginger to ghee and sprinkle it. Now add lemon, black pepper, green coriander, chilli, chaat masala, rock salt and serve hot.
