Ingredients to make Spicy Sweet Potato Chaat
Sweet potatoes – 3-4 medium sized
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Pomegranate seeds – 2 tablespoons (optional)
Method of preparation
First of all, wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and boil them.
After boiling, remove the peel and cut it into small pieces.
Put sweet potato pieces in a large bowl and add onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander to it.
Now add salt, chaat masala and red chili powder and mix well.
Add lemon juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds on top.
Serve hot or slightly cold chaat.
