How to make Roti Noodles? (Step-by-Step)
1. Prepare the rotis. Roll the rotis and cut them into thin strips. Mix some oil and salt in these strips and keep them aside so that they remain soft and do not stick to each other.
2. Fry vegetables. Heat oil in a pan. Garlic paste. Add green chillies and onions and fry lightly. Now add capsicum and carrots and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Keep in mind that the vegetables remain crunchy.
3. Prepare the masala. Add sauce – tomato. Prepare chili and soy sauce — and season well. You can also add a little Schezwan sauce to it.
