Material :-
– Take 1 tablespoon chopped raisins.
– Take 150 grams of semolina.
– Take 1 1/2 cups boiled water.
– Take 1/4 cup sugar.
– Take 1/4 cup ghee.
– Take 1 tablespoon chopped cashews,
– Take 1/4 cup condensed milk.
– Take 1 spoon chopped almonds.
Method of making semolina pudding –
1. To make semolina halwa, first take a deep non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame. Heat ghee in it for one minute. When the ghee melts completely, fry the semolina thoroughly.
2. When the semolina becomes like sand, add chopped cashews and chopped raisins to it. Spread them evenly and fry for a few minutes.
3. Now take another pan and heat it on medium flame. Add water and milk in the pan and boil on low flame. When hot, add sugar. Mix well.
4. When the milk-water mixture is ready, carefully add roasted semolina into it. While adding semolina, stir well so that lumps do not form.
5. Cook the mixture on medium flame until it thickens. When it starts separating from the sides of the pan, turn off the flame. Finally, garnish the halwa with chopped almonds and serve hot.
