Leftover rice often gets left in the house and many times it is not clear whether to throw it away or use it again. Today we are telling you a recipe in which you can prepare a tasty and crispy breakfast with just a few simple kitchen ingredients. This recipe is especially best for when time is short in the morning and you want a filling, easy and quick breakfast. You can easily prepare it for children’s lunch box also.
First of all, you have to take the remaining rice in a big bowl and mash it lightly. Keep in mind that the rice should not be too dry. Now add half a cup of curd in it, which will provide the required moisture to the batter and also give it a light-sour taste. After this add half cup semolina to it. Semolina gives good body to the batter and helps in making snacks like dosa crispy. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric and cumin as per taste. If you wish, you can also add finely chopped green chillies and green coriander which increases both the taste and aroma.
