The items used in this include one bundle of spinach, two potatoes, one onion, two tomatoes, six-seven garlic cloves, one inch ginger, two green chillies, one spoon cumin, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, half spoon Kashmiri chilli powder, meat masala, garam masala, salt as per taste and oil as per requirement.
Make vegetables like this
First of all, cut the potatoes into thin pieces and also clean and chop the spinach. Then heat oil in a pan and add cumin, bay leaves and dry chillies. When cumin seeds start crackling, add onion and add salt and fry. When the onion turns light brown, add the potatoes and fry for about fifteen minutes. After this, add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, Kashmiri chilli, meat masala and garam masala, mix well and fry the masala for about fifteen minutes.

Then add spinach, cover it with a vessel and cook for fifteen minutes. After that remove the lid and cook for fifteen more minutes.
