How to make Paneer-Onion Bhurji
Material:
-Paneer – 200 grams
-Green onion – 4-5 strong
-Tomatoes – 2 medium
-Green chilli – 2
-Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
-Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
-Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
-Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
-Oil or ghee – 2 tablespoons
-salt to taste
-Cream or milk – 2 tablespoons (as desired)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cheese into small pieces and finely chop the green onion.
2. Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry it lightly.
3. Now add green onion and green chilli and fry for a few minutes.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and prepare masala with turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder.
5. Add cheese to the spices and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes, so that the cheese dissolves well in the spices.
6. Finally garnish the bhurji by adding green onion and some cream or milk.
7. Serve with hot parathas or roti.
