To make radish-garlic chutney, first take fresh, juicy radish. Wash, peel one medium sized radish and then grate it. Leave the grated radish for some time so that its excess water gets drained out. Meanwhile, peel 10-12 cloves of garlic and crush them lightly so that its natural flavor comes out well.
Now heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it. As soon as the cumin seeds start crackling, add crushed garlic and fry until it becomes light golden. When the garlic starts giving off a pleasant aroma, add grated and squeezed radish to it.
