Ingredients to make Amla Oil
10 to 12 fresh gooseberries
one cup coconut oil
one tablespoon fenugreek
Leaves of the Neem tree
half teaspoon nigella seeds
Easy way to make Amla oil
First of all, wash the gooseberry and cut it into pieces. Then grate them or make pulp in a mixer. Heat coconut oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add amla, fenugreek, neem leaves and nigella seeds. Let this oil cook on low flame. When everything is cooked well, turn off the gas and filter the oil. Then fill this oil in a glass bottle. How to apply: Apply Amla oil to hair twice a week. Massage for 5 to 10 minutes and leave it overnight. Wash hair the next day. If you apply this oil regularly then hair growth will be good, hair fall will be reduced and hair will also shine.
