Although you might have eaten ladyfinger vegetable, but today we are going to tell you about pickled ladyfinger, which is very easy to make and has a very tasty and sweet and sour taste. To make Achari Bhindi, first of all you have to take two spoons of gram flour and add one spoon of pickle in it. The mixed pickles available in the market. You can take that or home made pickle and mix both of them very well.
After this, take as much ladyfinger as you want to make ladyfinger. Suppose you want to make one pav ladyfinger, then take that much. After taking that much, wash it and then cut the ladyfinger from the middle. The ladyfinger has to be cut into four big pieces.
After this, add one spoon of red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste, a little dry mango powder to the chopped lady’s finger and mix it well and put a pan on the gas and heat two tablespoons of oil in it.

Then add all the spices in it, add the cumin powder and add 2 chopped onions and the ladyfinger that has been marinated with spices. Add it and let it fry lightly. When it becomes lightly golden fried, add the gram flour you have prepared. But keep adding little by little slowly with a spoon.
One thing to keep in mind while adding gram flour is that you should not pour it all at one place. Rather, it has to be spread and poured. So that every lady can enter the ladyfinger normally. After adding it in this manner, let it fry golden again for at least 5-10 minutes.
If you want, you can also chop a tomato and add it. This will further enhance the flavor and after this add coriander leaves cut into small pieces on top and serve hot in a plate.
