Mahavir Mandir Indian Army MOU: Taking forward the long tradition of social service, Mahavir Mandir has now started a special initiative for the army soldiers also. On this occasion, Sayan Kunal of the temple trust informed that in case of emergency, health facilities will be provided to the army personnel or their families.
Patna. After maintaining a long tradition of public service, Mahavir Temple is now taking a big step in the field of national service. In this connection, an important decision was taken in the temple premises on Friday. In future, if any war-like emergency happens to the army personnel or their family members, they will need treatment, then medical facilities will be provided to them in all the hospitals run by the Mahavir Temple Trust Committee.
Agreement reached between Mahavir Temple Trust and Indian Army
For this purpose, MoU was signed between Mahavir Temple Trust Committee and Indian Army. On this historic occasion, Trust Committee member Sayan Kunal while talking to Local 18 said that serving the country is a matter of pride for all of us. Expressing his gratitude to the Defense Minister and the Indian Army, he said that this initiative will take the social responsibility of the temple to a new dimension.
Mahavir temple will take care of army soldiers
Under this agreement, now patients of Danapur Military Hospital, army personnel and their families can get treatment in any hospital run by the Mahavir Mandir Trust Committee, if needed. At the same time, in case of emergency, the doctors working in the hospitals of Mahavir Temple will also provide their services in Danapur Military Hospital, so that even in war-like situations, the treatment of soldiers is not interrupted and their treatment continues smoothly in their own military hospital.
On Friday, this MoU was signed between the Mahavir Temple Place Trust Committee and the Headquarters Central Command of the Indian Army. This agreement was signed jointly by Sayan Kunal on behalf of Mahavir Temple and Colonel Tamal Basu, Commanding Officer of Military Hospital located at Danapur Cantonment.
There is no fixed time limit
Sayan Kunal further said that the Army has signed an agreement with Delhi AIIMS in Delhi and with hospitals run by the Mahavir Mandir Sthan Trust Committee in Bihar for the treatment of soldiers. Let us tell you that there is no time limit for this agreement. Nine hospitals are run by the Mahavir Temple Trust Committee. While the tenth hospital is under construction. This includes many hospitals including Mahavir Cancer Institute, Mahavir Arogya Sansthan, Mahavir Vatsalya Hospital, Mahavir Netralaya, Mahavir Heart Hospital.
